Natalie Smolenski is a business development executive and entrepreneur building Bitcoin-anchored solutions for decentralized, self-sovereign digital identity. She is also Founder and Executive Director of the Texas Bitcoin Foundation, a 501(c)3 focusing on research and education about Bitcoin and related historical and scientific issues. Natalie is a trained anthropologist and historian whose independent research focuses on the intersections of identity, technology, and government. Her work emphasizes the social dimensions of technology--how values are made material through physical and digital infrastructures.
