James Lavish

James, a reformed hedge fund manager and CFA, studied art and politics while playing ice hockey at Yale University, many years ago. He has over two decades of institutional investing and risk management experience, mainly in the hedge fund and private equity world. After initially dismissing Bitcoin as a speculative technology investment, he eventually came around to see and understand the truth: Bitcoin is the purest form of money ever created and will ultimately save the world from the inevitable fall of fiat giants. James now has a passion for teaching financial fundamentals and the benefits of Bitcoin through his newsletter called The Informationist and as a co-founder of the educational platform Looking Glass Education.
